Important Notes

Dress Code
We operate a strict dress code and maintain a “dress to impress” policy. Any sports wear, Nike Air Max or trainers containing “bubbles” will not be admitted and no refund will be given. Please dress smartly. 

Curfew
All Ticket holders must be in before 11:30PM, tickets will still be valid for entry, however the Q Jump element is removed beyond this point. Please note that it is Free Entry before 10PM. 

Refund Policy
Unfortunately due to the fast moving nature of our ticket sales, no refunds will be permitted for customer cancellations including customers having to isolate. For questions regarding ticket cancellations please email bookings@homelincoln.co.uk. No refund will be given to any customer refused entry to the venue due to intoxication or dress code.
