– Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.

– If an issue occurs with a ticket transaction and/or confirmation email, please attend the event as normal and speak to our door staff who will be able to search for your transaction and grant access if eligible.

– All refund requests must be emailed to complaints@lincolnsu.com within 48 hours after the event to warrant a review.
